Rapid Micro Product Development (RMPD) is a registered trademark and service brand. It is a 3D printing manufacturing process for the rapid development and serial production of microparts, microstructures, and microsystems. The outstanding accuracy (lateral resolution down to 1µm) and the capability of real parallel processing with tens of thousands of parts per batch puts RMPD ahead of the competing conventional 3D printing techniques and micro molding. Depending on dimensions and complexity (number of layers with different geometry), 10, several 100 or several 10,000 parts grow in parallel layer by layer with the same precision. RMPD is available for photomasks of various sizes 5 “, 6”, 9 “and 14”.
